Day Retreat Schedule

10:00am | Welcome to Panorama House & Cottage

Arrive, settle in and enjoy a ceremonial cacao as we gather, connect and set our intentions for the day.

10:30am | Awaken

A 90-minute guided yoga and breathwork practice designed to gently energise the body, calm the mind and create space for the day ahead.

12.15pm | Nourish

A seasonal plant based banquet lunch featuring fresh, locally sourced produce, with time to relax, connect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of your venue.

1.30pm | Reflect & release

Guided journalling followed by a gentle reflection practice and optional symbolic release ritual, creating space to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome the season ahead with intention.

2:30pm | Restore

A slower afternoon practice combining restorative yoga, meditation and deep relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, centred and renewed.

3.30pm | Afternoon tea

Gather once more over tea and a sweet seasonal treat before taking a final moment to reflect on the day.

4pm | Depart renewed

Leave feeling rested, connected and inspired, carrying the calm of Good Culture Club & Panorama House & Cottage with you.

Want to make a weekend of it? Book the gorgeous, secluded Lavender Cottage on the same property as Panorama House & extend your stay. Featuring two bedrooms, it’s ideal for friends or two couples.
