10:00am | Welcome to Panorama House with Good Culture Club
Arrive, settle in & enjoy a ceremonial cacao as we gather, connect & set our intentions for the day.
10:30am | Awaken
A 90-minute guided yoga and breathwork practice designed to gently energise the body, calm the mind & create space for the day ahead.
12:15pm | Nourish
A seasonal plant-based banquet lunch featuring fresh, locally sourced produce, with time to relax, connect & enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Panorama House.
1:30pm | Reflect & Release
Guided journalling followed by a gentle reflection practice & symbolic release ritual, creating space to let go of what no longer serves you & welcome the season ahead with intention.
2:30pm | Restore
A slower afternoon practice, combining restorative yoga, meditation & deep relaxation to leave you feeling grounded, centred & renewed.
3:30pm | Afternoon Tea
Gather once more over tea & a sweet seasonal treat before taking a final moment to reflect on the day.
4:00pm | Depart Renewed
Leave feeling rested, connected & inspired, carrying the calm of Good Culture Club & Panorama House with you.
